We were blessed to have had the opportunity to go to the Worldview Weekend event this past Saturday in Fort Wayne, IN. The first speaker was Dr. Ron Carlson who spoke on “Evolution vs. Creation” and the second speaker was Brannon Howse who spoke on “Understanding the Times and Leading”. Both were excellent and I would encourage everyone to check them out and attend a Worldview Weekend event. Below are some of our notes we took down from Dr. Ron Carlson.

Evolution is not science but just a theory – a poor one at that.

Science must be “objective.” That is it must be repeatable, testable and confirmable.

Evolution goes against basic laws of Science:

Bio-Genesis (basic law of Biology) – Life only Arises from Life. Laws of Probability – Microbiology: DNA and Complex Molecular motors. The Probability of these complex cells evolving over time would be like rolling a six (dice) 5 million times in a row. Second Law of Thermodynamics: Matter does not evolve over time, it decays, and more time only equals more disorder. If you park your brand new car next to the ocean and leave it there for ten years – will the paint job improve or decay? Fossil Evidence: No transitional fossil records – if evolution were true there would be millions of transitional fossils (Lucy was found to be a fraud).

Natural Selection: Micro – Change within it’s own kind – all creationist agree –A Long hair Cat crossed with a short hair Cat you might get a cat with medium size length hair – BUT ITS STILL A CAT!! Change within its own kind is objective science. Macro – Change from one kind to different kind – no evidence – hogwash!!

So, my Christian friends do not be intimidated by these scientific types with their “big words” and letters behind their names. The Bible says that a man who says there is no God is a fool (Psalm 14:1). So, we should feel sorry for them and try to get them to understand the truth. Because, where there headed is a most terrible place and we don’t want that for anyone.

Ezekiel 33 “… ⁶ ‘But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman’s hand.’

Well, I don’t want blood on my hands so I better blow the trumpet!! Here goes -- the enemy is approaching and the sword is in the form of government control and the coming economic collapse (you can not spend and print money and expect the dollar to maintain its value-period) is near. Please, heed the warnings from the watchman (tea party members), don’t trust the media to tell you the truth, don’t mock it if you don’t understand it, and by all means go see for yourself what it is all about. Are you really willing to give up your freedom because your to lazy to find out what’s going on; does truth mean so little to you?  What will you say to your children and grand children when they ask you: “What was so important that you were willing to trade our freedom for”? Will you say that I was to busy with golf, biking, camping, fishing, boating, sports, American idol, facebook, or whatever your particular hobby is. Will you tell them that you thought it would be better for government to run everything – really (open a history book)! Or will you tell them that you didn’t believe it was happening (like the pre war Germans). There will be no excuse that your children and grand children will accept; you will either be the generation that restored freedom or the generation that gave it away for some false sense of safety in the form of socialism (poison candy). Time is running out (the enemy is getting closer), so make a choice!!

Yes, the great undecided came to Delphi!  Over all it was a good meeting with lots of comments and questions from both sides of the issue and the congressmen did an outstanding job in not taking a position:) If you watch the WLFI video above you will notice the huge signs just outside the fire station; they failed to mention that those “Community Organizers” were from OHIO (I watched them load up their van with Ohio plates – think they would be smart enough to rent a car with Indiana plates)!! And yes they got to make comments and ask questions – surprisingly they were for government run Healthcare:) The Good news –  local Patriots were there and got to express their views to which the congressmen paid attention. I had some technical issues downloading the video last night, but hope to get that resolved tonight and have them posted by tomorrow.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE MUST DIE - Interesting enough the Congressmen said last night that the debt is unsustainable. Then went on talking about how important it was for TARP and the “Stimulus” bill.

I’m not the type of person who likes large crowds or has ever protested anything; but I can see the writing on the wall, and know if the People don’t start speaking up, this country as we know it is done for. So I decided to join a Tea Party Event in Indianapolis this past Wednesday.  I’m so gland I did; It was such a relief to know that there still are people out their who understand liberty!

This was such a peaceful event, that their were people of all ages: young (2years old) to old World War II vets. Just everyday folks who are concerned about the direction of this country. Evidently there was a code pink person there trying to cause trouble, but we didn’t see her from our view point.

The main speakers were Radio Talk show host Greg Garrison and the Thomas Paine inpersonator Dr Bob Basso, who were just amazing and really got the point across.

And by the Way: There were a whole lot more people there than just 2000 as the media would have you believe! I’m no crowd expert but the whole south lawn was full by the end of the Event. Maybe 100 yards by 100 yards full of People. Approx 30,000 sq ft with maybe 3 to 4 sq ft per person – I’d say there were close to 10,000 people there.

This past Easter at Grandma’s house we did an Easter egg hunt and my eldest son thought I was crazy for the way I suggested we divide up the eggs at the end of the search.

I went to hide the eggs, and then had all the boys go searching. The two oldest boys (8 and 6 years old), went running and looking with intensity, collecting and moving on to the next; the younger boys (4 and 2 years old) would find one and then spend their time opening it and getting the candy. Needless to say the older boys found more.

Once they had found them all, I suggested since Benjamin (the oldest) had found the most and reaped the biggest harvest; that he should be forced taxed at 95% and that I would take all those eggs from him and redistribute them to the younger boys to be fair.

He looked at me with that strange look on his face and said: “That’s crazy -Dad“! So simple an 8 year old can understand – socialism does not work!! There’s no incentive for him to work hard next time around!!

We also did “Resurrection Rolls” that we learned about from the Boyer family blog. It was a great learning aid for the little boys. Check it out for next year.

Well, folks I got news for you; the victim is liberty and it’s getting robbed and is taking a beating like never before! The Robber is Big Government and he is getting bigger and meaner everyday because nobody is standing up to him. Are you to busy in your daily life to notice what is going on, or are you one who doesn’t believe it’s happening, or are you one who thinks it will all just turn around and work out for Good without any personal involvement from yourself, or are you the one who is prepared and takes action?

Now, let me ask you this- If you were the victim, which person do you want driving by? I don’t know about you, but I would prefer the guy with the Handgun!!

Wake up folks!! You can’t just bury your head in the sand and expect everything to be okay! Daniel Webster said “God Grants Liberty only to those who love it, and are always ready to guard and defend it”. If you don’t believe Webster, just look at the past 6000 years of history; enslavement to God centered liberty to God centered prosperity to laziness and false gods – back to enslavement!

Yes, I believe God can and does work good in the most terrible situations. However, that does not give us an excuse to do nothing in the face of evil.

Fortunately for us the hard part has been done (Thanks to our Founders), and we don’t have to resort to violence. All we have do is be informed, vote, and hold our elected officials accountable by having your voice heard!

Please, start getting involved and getting prepared; be that person who is in a position to help when things go bad, and not the one needing the help (because there will be millions of those types of people)!!

With great excitement our chicks have arrived!! We got 25 Black Australorps, 25 Shaver (Rhode Island Red / Barred rock cross), 31 White Rocks, and 33 Rhode Island Reds from Townline Hatchery in Zeeland, MI.  We did lose two chicks last night, but that is considered pretty common (4% lost rate during shipping is normal).

We are looking to get this flock down to 60, so we are willing to sell some for $1.80 per chick (you pick -no shipping)- email me if your interested at chris@fortpatriot.com. We also have farm fresh brown eggs available for $2.00 a dozen at www.fortpatriot.com/Eggs.

The pullets are all considered very good brown egg layers and the cockerels are consider to be good meat birds at 12 weeks.

How in the world can anybody cast a vote and not know who is controlling congress or who the leaders are? Is the media that bad or are the people that stupid? How much longer will we be a free people, if we know nothing about our leaders, or at the very least - who they are? NOT VERY LONG!

I have been thinking about buying a handgun for some time, but never made the commit until it became apparent to me that Obama was going to win and the democrats would maintain the majority in congress. I have always understood the importance of The Second Amendment and have owned shotguns and rifles before for hunting, but I have never had a hand gun (a hand gun is more practical for self defense). I did so not out of fear but out of responsibility. The following are a few of my reasons for doing so this week.

I believe that Obama’s Economic polices will wreak havoc on the economy. So, as unemployment rates increase and buying power of the dollar is less, crime will go up! As crime increases the police will be overwhelmed, and there is no way they can protect all the people all the time. So, I wanted to be better prepared to protect my family.

I serious believe that Congress will pass an ammunition ban relatively quickly; maybe even within a 100 days of Obama taking office (Government to ban ammunition). They will call it a ban on armor piercing ammo, but it will include all center fire ammo. Without ammo, guns will be useless (duh)! So, stock up on ammo – Now!!

I’m aware that it will only take one nut case to do something stupid (school shooting, or something similar – I pray it won’t happen), and this congress will react quickly to implement more gun control laws, making it very difficult and expensive to get any weapon for self dense.

As a Christian I did have some concerns as if I was doing the correct thing or not and most of my questions were answered by the following website: http://www.geocities.com/mikearion/christiansandguns.html, which I strongly encourage everyone to read.

I pray that I will never have to use it, however I do believe it is my duty to protect my family and I’m now better prepared to do so. “It’s better to own a gun and not need it than to need a gun and not own it.”

Due to the enticing appeal of socialism, protection from the media, and with the recent ruling on same day voter registration in Ohio; Obama will win (steal) Ohio (with the help of his Acorn friends), thus winning the Presidency (will win all the previous Blue states that Kerry won plus Ohio, and maybe even Iowa, New Mexico, or Colorado). (1,8)

Congress stays about the same with republicans gaining a few seats in the House but losing a few in the Senate. Democrats maintains the majority (the republicans will be real close to losing the power of the filibuster in the senate).

Stock Market drops more after Obama wins in November, due to investors lack of confidence and Obama’s plans for a huge increase in the capital gains tax rate, which will cause a sell off before his plans become law. Market Drops to around 7000 by end of the year.

Obama and Congress raises taxes on the so called “rich” (those making more than 250,000), thus killing any economic growth and any new job creation. Unemployment rate goes to 15% by 2012. The only new jobs will be government jobs. (3)

Obama and Congress will pass the so called “Fairness Doctrine” within 100 days; thus, crushing any opposing view points. Say good bye to Christian and Talk radio as we know it. (2)

Obama and Congress will pass the “Freedom of Choice Act”, thus wiping out all abortion restrictions. The value of life will be devalued and Planned Parenthood will make a billion in profits. Elderly-beware, once this train of thought takes hold there is no limits. (5)

Obama and Congress will impose more regulation on health insurance companies. Thus, health insurance companies will need to be bailed out by 2012. Obama blames free markets and moves to nationalize health care (sound familiar). (4)

Obama and Congress impose new and more enviromental regulations on businesses along with the higher corporate tax rates will force more companies to close down and or move overseas.

Due to the out of control government spending and the recent bailouts, the government will have to print more money, thus making the value of today’s dollar worth only 80 cents within a year, and only 50 cents by 2012 (Inflation: the hidden tax on the poor)

Nothing gets done about producing more domestic oil or building new refineries (or too little too late). OPEC decreases production because oil prices our currently to low for them. Next summer when oil prices goes back up, Obama will tap into the strategic oil reserves to stabilize the gas prices and again in 2010. By 2011 the reserve is tapped out, so Obama implements price controls and windfall profit tax on “Big Oil”, thus creating shortages. Gas prices go to $12 ($7.2 of today’s dollar value) per gallon (that’s when you can get it) by the end of 2011. Would be higher but thanks to the price controls -Obama saved us!!

Nothing gets done about tightening the borders. Thus, 6 million more illegal aliens flood into the country by the end of 2011.

Major fraud will occur in the 2010 congressional elections-Democrats win. The media will cover it up. Obama’s Justice Dept. will just talk about it, but nothing gets done to correct it. The people will lose trust in the election system.

Christians will be bolder in evangelizing. A quiet new great awakening will start to happen at or around 2010. The media with the help of Hollywood will mock, and demonize them nearly every night! A worldwide push will start to happen for a tolerant “one world religion”, where nearly everything is acceptable – except true Christianity. (6)

A very high possiblitiy of Israel launching a strike against Iran’s nuclear production before Bush leaves office and Obama takes over (they won’t trust Obama to help them).

Russia sees Obama as weak and makes bigger and bolder moves to control more of the world’s oil supply and grows stronger ties with Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Venezuela, and Cuba. Will seek warm weather seaports in the Med, and Persian Gulf (will try to control the straight of Hormuz with Iran). If the price of a barrel of oil gets below $65, watch out because Russia will create problems somewhere to drive the price back up!

China threatens to collect (dump) all the US debt it has bought up; making the value of the dollar a slave to whatever China wants to do. China continues to build, build, build, and build somemore (warships, submarines, planes, tanks, missiles, power plants, everything), thus becoming a nearly unstoppable super power. However, they will need Russian controlled oil, so deals will be made, and they will also make moves to get (control) of there own. With no one to oppose them, China will attack Taiwan (Taiwan will put up one heck of a fight, but will ultimately lose).

Iraq will be left to fin for themselves. The U.S. trained troops will do very good for awhile but without support will ultimately fall becoming a safe haven for terrorist. China or Russia (maybe both) will step up and “help them out”, becoming an oil ally.

North Korea will make more nuclear weapons and sell them to Syria or anyone else who will pay for them. If they get backed into a corner with food shortages (9), they could possibly attack South Korea. The United States will be to weak to do anything about it. South Korea pushes them back until China gets involved or North Korea goes Nuclear.

Europe will be tied down with there own failed socialist polices, including dealing with their huge Muslim populations.

Without a strong United States; major suffering in third world countries will occur for food (if you think Dafur is bad you hadn’t seen anything yet)! Media won’t cover it!

Obama will be praised in the media almost as if a god. Things will seem to be going well for the first few years, because all of the above will be sugar coated by the media. And Obama will seem to be the one who fixes the world’s problems becoming a Super Hero to the world on the backs of taxing paying US citizens.

A possible rouge nuclear strike in a Major city of Britian, Australia, or the United States.

A possible “Big” earthquake hits California, more hurricanes hit the Gulf Coast, and more tornadoes in the mid west. Less federal money for recovering, states left to handle the recovering efforts.

With no new power plants, rolling black outs become common place in various places, but mostly in California.

Within 4 years: The Stock Market crashes Big -losses of up to %75 of the current market value. To fix it, the countries of the world will come together to create a new “One World Currency”, ushering in a “New World Order”. The begining of the end for national sovernity. (7)

Entitlement programs will need to be cut by 20% and taxes (on everyone) will need to be raised by 20% in 2012 just to maintain government growth.

Big cities (Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans, LA, New York, and more) will become very dangerous with the rate of crime sky rocking. National Guard will need to come in to stop the looting and riots (2012)

By 2012 things will get so bad the media won’t be able to cover it (sugar coat) up anymore.

Small uprisings by freedom loving americans in the western states will occur (2012). Obama with the help of the media will label them as “Terrorist” or “Religious Zealots” and use Federal Troops to crush them. This will be used as an opportunity to take away all guns from everyone.

By the end of 2012 you will not recognize the USA!  

Okay, have I got your attention are you ready to put me in the insane asylum? Hold off; of course the above is only fictional predictions, nobody knows exactly what is going to happen nor when it will happen. However, you need to ask yourself this question; How long do you think we can go on with more and more government growth and not have any consequences or loss of freedoms? Come on people – wake up; turn your TV off for a few minutes, and think about it! Do you really think we can go trillions of dollars more in debt with no consequences? Do you really think we can go a day longer without doing anything about our energy problems, and not have huge national security consequences? Do you really trust the government to fix this credit mess without making it worst and taking freedoms away? If you answered yes – I have some land I would like to sell you –on MarsJ

There’s only one way to avoid the coming disaster and that is to pray for forgiveness (2 Chronicles 7:14) and reject socialism (however appealing it may seem). AND DO SO – RIGHT NOW!! GET ON YOUR KNEES!!

The Boy Scout motto is: Be prepared! Americans get informed and get prepared -now!! The people during the “Great Depression” had one major advantage over us, and that is they had a moral foundation. We have lost our moral foundation, thus when things get ugly, it’s going to get real ugly.
